The guy dances outside the diner same time everyday in hopes that his girl will come back. You learn this from the people around him chatting. The guy brings his own cardboard and boombox. This has been bugging me for a while i can't remember it. It has to be an early 2k or even late 90s video, any assistance with my memory is greatly appreciated.

Sort of a rock song, I think it had words "dance party people", "wave your hands in the air…". Entire video was set in the retirement centre, band was on stage, old people dancing, going crazy in audience, old lady solo sexy dance half way through. Video ended with each band member leaving with one of the old folk. Does anyone know this song? Originally i thought it was Blink 182 but I'm not sure. Thanks heaps
